Genevieve Gilmore is a former science, physics, and mathematics educator, EdTech founder, and AI strategist. She co-founded 3P Learning, scaling it globally across Asia-Pacific, the UK, and North America through its ASX listing, and later served as Chief Operating Officer of assessment technology leader Learnosity. 

Today, Genevieve is CEO and Chief AI Officer of the Global Clarity Foundation, an Australian professional standards body that measures whether people are genuinely understood in real workplace interactions. Her current work and research—conducted in collaboration with Macquarie University—focuses on the human side of AI risk, examining staff memory retention and how to ensure workforce behavioral habits remain safe when it matters most.
