Crowne Plaza (Day 3)
When will I receive my access?
October 20 (within the day), to your registered email address.
I can’t find the email. Can you resend it?
Please check:
- You are using the correct REGISTERED email address (and check for typos!). Check with the person who registered you.
- Check Spam folder / Promotions or Social tab.
Search your email for:
- Sender email: invitations@rsvpify.com
- Subject line: Your QR code for SOFTCON 2025
When are the sessions in Crowne Plaza ?
- For Live ticketholders, you have access to the Day 3 conference only. The plenary sessions are on Oct. 30.

What do I need to present during event check-in?
- The email confirmation with the QR code (see sample to your right)
- Government-issued or company ID, as backup
- Once QR code is scanned, claim your conference badge by presenting the same email with your name below the QR code
What time does the registration and program in Crowne Plaza start?
- Registration opens 7:30 AM (4F, Emerald room). With hundreds of delegates arriving, come early for a hassle-free experience.
- Expo opens 7:30 AM. Explore the sponsors’ booths while waiting for the program to start.
- Conference ballroom doors open at 8:15 AM
- Opening ceremonies start at 9:00 AM.
Where's the parking at Crowne Plaza?
- Hotel parking is very limited (conference delegates are advised to proceed to the Robinsons Galleria parking instead)
- No hotel valet parking
- Mall parking entrance at EDSA side of Robinsons Galleria, near National Bookstore. Proceed to B3 for parking connected to the hotel basement entrance.)
- Mall parking open 24/7
Where is the pedestrian access to Crowne Plaza?
- Via hotel lobby. Take elevators to the 4F, Grand Ballroom.
- Mall access to hotel opens at 10:00 AM
What's the dress code?
- Smart or business casual
- Even better, your SOFTCON shirt or hoodie!
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, the password will be flashed onscreen at the start of the program.
Is there a charging station?
- Yes, at the back of conference area.
Will we get recordings and speaker presentations?
- No, Live ticketholders do not have access to recordings.
- Speaker presentation decks won’t be shared.
Are replacements/substitutes allowed?
Allowed until Oct. 17 only.
- Original attendee must fill out this form, using their event-registered email address.
- New delegate will receive an email confirmation containing the Airmeet link and QR code for onsite event check-in.
- New delegate will receive a generic conference badge/ID.
After Oct. 17, no replacements allowed for Airmeet access. Rest assured that you have access to replays of all sessions available.
I suddenly can’t go on Day 3 to Crowne Plaza. Can I send someone on my behalf?
Yes, since you do not have access to the live-stream plenary sessions on Airmeet or the recordings.
Your replacement must bring the following documents below (hard copy please):
- Letter of request, with your wet signature. Follow this template here.
- Photocopy of your ID, with wet signature on the page
- Government-issued or company ID of your substitute
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
There’s no cancellation and no refund for no shows. Just send a substitute.
