He has built production-grade agentic AI systems and is the creator of the VRTQ framework for risk-based test prioritization. He is the founder of the Ministry of Testing Philippines and AI Testing Philippines, a returning SoftCon speaker, and writes about quality engineering at Medium under @qualityinmind.
