Seumal

Anthony Seumal holds a senior leadership role in AI research and innovation (Gen AI) at a global technology consultancy, where he works on agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, and applied Gen AI research.

He spent over a decade leading software quality across Manila and the UK before moving fully into AI. He holds an MS in Data Science from the Asian Institute of Management and an MS in Technology Management from UP Diliman, and is now a PhD Scholar in Data Science at AIM and a lecturer in DLSU’s MSDS program. He founded Ministry of Testing Philippines and AI Testing Philippines, and returns to SoftCon 2026 to talk about agentic AI.
