Josephine Jill Cabatbat, Ph.D

Jill Cabatbat is a data scientist with a strong background in physics, complexity science, and recommendation systems. Currently serving as the AI/ML Lead for the Feel Valued Tribe (FVT) at Globe Telecom, she is deeply committed to supporting teams on their AI transformation and adoption journeys. Jill has a solid academic foundation, including a master’s and doctorate in Physics from the University of the Philippines, extensive postdoctoral experience in South Korea, and years of professional experience in analytics. Prior to joining Globe, she served as a mentor and lecturer for the pioneering data science program at the Asian Institute of Management.
