Rhia Trogo Pantola is an Associate Partner and the Asia Pacific and India Technical Lead for the IBM Impact Accelerator. She previously served for six years as the Global Solution Leader for the Sustainability, Weather, and Climate Analytics Center of Competency where she led the development of innovative solutions across industries including finance, agriculture, energy and utilities, and retail. In recent years, she has also driven the delivery of generative and agentic AI solutions, enabling Impact Accelerator teams to accelerate AI adoption and innovation.

A seasoned data scientist and technology leader, Rhia brings more than a decade of experience at IBM. Prior to joining the company, she was an Assistant Professor at De La Salle University Manila, where she taught Machine Learning and was a founding member of the Center of Empathic Human-Computer Interaction.
Rhia earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from De La Salle University Manila.
