Terms and Conditions

Cancellation
All tickets are non-cancellable. Once paid for, you cannot cancel your registration anymore.

Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you can send a substitute instead.

Substitution
If you are unable to attend the event you paid for, you have the option of sending a substitute. Email register@softcon.ph at least one (1) week before the event.

No Show
If, for any reason, you did not show up during the event you paid for, it will be considered a no-show, and the fee is non-refundable.
