Michelle Lagare

Michelle Lagare coined the role Quality Engineer in 2013, years ahead of the industry shift. She is the founder of QE 360, a company helping organizations scale software testing through outsourced services and training. She oversees the development of AIQE— an AI-powered test automation platform built by the QEs, for the QEs or QE less.

A frequent speaker at both local and global IT conferences, Michelle also serves as a core group leader of Software Testing Philippines, and is the founder of QE Is The New QA, a community that supports Filipino testers transitioning into modern QE roles. Her vision: to see Filipino quality professionals become movers and shakers on the global testing map.
