Dale Cuaycong

Dale Cuaycong is a transformation and AI leader with over two decades of senior leadership experience across McKinsey & Company, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and Barclays Capital. He spent 20 years in London leading transformation, strategy, and digital initiatives across global institutions. He currently leads enterprise AI and digital transformation for a large Philippine bank. He is an MBA graduate of the Asian Institute of Management and ADB scholar. He also holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, where he graduated with high honors.
