Kim Deloria is a Senior Consultant at Planit Testing in Christchurch, New Zealand, with extensive experience in software quality and agile product development. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Canterbury.

At SoftCon 2025, Kim will present “The Futures Triangle and Product Development,” applying the Futures Triangle framework to software product development. Drawing from his MBA studies, he will explore how understanding the past, present, and future can help teams navigate uncertainty and deliver adaptable, valuable software products.
