Michelle Alarcon

Michelle Alarcon has over two decades of experience as an analytics practitioner in the private sector and started her own firm, Z-Lift Solutions, a pioneer analytics consulting firm she founded in 2013.

She is the President and Co-Founder of the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines (AAP), the country’s leading industry body for AI and data analytics. In this role, she champions responsible AI adoption, ethical data practices, and cross-sector collaboration, helping shape national policies and governance frameworks for the digital economy.
