An analytics practitioner since 1999, Michelle founded the consulting firm Z-Lift Solutions in 2013, serving as its President and enabling organizations on analytics. In 2017, she co-founded the Analytics and AI Association of the Philippines (AAP) to develop the ecosystem by upskilling the country on analytics and AI; she currently serves as its President. In 2020, Michelle became the Head of Learning at For The Women Foundation, a non-profit organization providing free training on data science to underprivileged women; she became its co-founder in 2021.
This year, she became part of the Board of Trustees of GoDigital Pilipinas, a private sector-led organization under the Private Sector Advisory Council of the President aiming to uplift Filipino lives through digital services adoption.
She graduated with a degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines, and currently teaches at the Professional Master in Data Science and Analytics program of her alma mater.
