Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if we qualify as part of the academe or government?
Your email address must end in .edu.ph to qualify as a part of the academe or .gov.ph as part of the government. Otherwise, you may also submit supporting documents.
What if our company or organization is VAT-exempt?
“VAT-exempt” refers to exemption from paying VAT on local services (e.g., PEZA and BOI-registered entities). Academic institutions and government agencies pay VAT on their purchases. If you qualify, submit your PEZA/BOI-issued VAT Zero-Rating Certification here. We will process your registration offline.
When do we receive access to the conference?
We will email you instructions after we verify your proof of payment. Delegates will receive a unique link to access the virtual event platform and/or QR code for the Day 3 plenary about 1 week before the event.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellation and refunds for no-shows are not allowed once we have sent you the invoice, as you (or your delegates) will already be included in the headcount. Also, Stream and Full XP ticketholders have access to replays. However, we allow substitutes at least 7 days before the event.
How do get a copy of the invoice?
A digital copy of the invoice will be emailed first. After the event, we will deliver the physical copy by courier.
