This means the event is not yet live. We will go live on Oct. 16, Wednesday, 8am. But you can already check out the sessions, speakers, and sponsors on the landing page.
No, it’s the same link for all days. Check the same email from Airmeet and click the same link.
For hybrid ticketholders, the Airmeet email includes both the link to access Airmeet and the QR code to be scanned when you check in at SMX Aura in BGC on Friday, October 18.

Digital certificate of attendance: available only upon request. After you fill out our online feedback form (via email at the end of the conference), you will find the link to the request form for your digital certificate.
Replays: available for 60 days to all delegates on Airmeet after the event. But it’s best to watch the sessions live to participate in the Q&A and chat with other delegates. Plus you can join the leaderboard contest and win prizes!
Aside from your phone with the QR code and ID, bring a jacket as it could get chilly inside the function hall. Download the Airmeet mobile app to ask questions and answer polls.
None. You can use your mobile data instead.
No, a complimentary parking pass is not included in your ticket.
No show/refund: unfortunately, there’s no refund for attendees who do not show up. However, you can send a substitute (with authorization letter/email and photocopy of your ID). Or you can just watch the replays as Day 3 is also live streamed and will be recorded.

Download the Mobile App
Whether you’re a hybrid or virtual ticket holder, you can use the mobile app to watch sessions, participate in Q&As and polls, check the virtual booths, join networking tables, and chat with fellow attendees, including those online. You can download the app on the App Store or Google Play. But we recommend you just watch the sessions on your laptop’s browser for a bigger screen. If you’re a hybrid ticketholder, use the mobile app on Day 3 at SMX to ask questions and answer polls.
