Mariel Khristine Raz is an experienced Agile Coach with 16 years in the industry, beginning her career in Software Quality Assurance before transitioning into Agile roles. She became a full-time Scrum Master in 2015 and advanced to Agile Coach two years later.
Over the past seven years, Mariel has excelled in Agile training and enablement, leading workshops, Community of Practice sessions, and supporting Agile Teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. Certified as a SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc., she also holds certifications as a Scrum@Scale Practitioner, SAFe 4 Practitioner, Scrum Master, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Program Consultant.
