Reg is the Enterprise Platform Lead at Accenture Advanced Technology Centers in the Philippines. In this role, she is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving value through efficient resource utilization and collaboration. Reg also leads the Oracle Business Group. She established and grew the Oracle Cloud practice in the Philippines, successfully delivering Cloud Transformation and Application Management Services for various clients. Additionally, she serves as the global lead sponsor for Oracle Learning initiatives.
She began her IT career at Accenture as part of the Oracle Peoplesoft practice and honed her expertise in the Talent and Organization (T&O) function. Reg has also held several leadership roles, including leading the Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS practice in the Philippines, where she played a pivotal role in building and scaling the business into a sustainable, high-performing practice. She defined the strategic growth roadmap and operationalized capabilities across SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle Cloud, with a strong focus on capability development, innovative solutioning, and delivery excellence. Reg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
